I did check PlugShare, Auto Nation Miami: Down, Auto Nation Kendall: Down and Pinecrest Gardens: Down. Didn't have my phone yesterday so didn't have the luxury of using a 3rd party app to check if Auto Nation Kendall and Pinecrest were down. They are.... Like I said earlier they are all down...

Well at least on the east coast. All the Nissan dealers level 3 charges are broken in one way or another (Some now over a year) and there is only a vague ideas on when they will get fixed. From the looks of it, I'd say that Nissan has been screwed by Sumitomo who seems to have totally failed in...

I'll be at the Miami one among a sea of Teslas. Always notice more Teslas here in the Miami area then Leafs.

They are all hit and miss sometimes but the Auto Nation in Kendall, besides haveing a great Level 3 charger that WORKS, has been good to me. Also have some speed bumps in the lot to try out. Would also suggest you just tell them that you suspect this issue and have them check it out even if you...

Offleaseonly may be putting more Leafs on the road in FL then Nissan right now. LOL If you have the little solar panel on the rear wing and the level 3 charge port it is an SL. Don't worry about the battery it is really an overblown issue. Plus you just got a low mileage, 3-year-old, $30k car...

The only thing more rare then HOV lanes in SFL is bike lanes, so if you are hoping to use them good luck. There is one nice advantage though and that is if you have the HOV sticker you can then apply for the 95 Express Hybrid Registration which will get you on the the 95 express lanes for free...

I went and had a great time. Got to sit in an i8, meet a few drivers, see the cars up close and of course catch glimpse of the race. Wasn't perfect though there were only 2 narrow bridges to get across the track with huge lines to use them. At times they opened ground track crossings but in...

Had my 2013 Leaf SL for 2 years and haven't lost a bar yet. Charge it to 100% every day, drive it daily, and enjoy level 3 charging when it is working. Find it to be an excellent car for FL do to how flat it is here. AC work great and like how you can turn it on before you get to the car...

    National Plug In Day, FL

Thanks for the offer. Haven't planed my route yet but nice to know I have more options. I know that there is several charging stations close to the event so might see how far I can go on a charge. Have yet to get the charge below 38% so looking to venture into unknown territory. Hopefully see...

    National Plug In Day, FL

I'm going to be headed to the one in West Palm if I can make it there and back from Miami without too much trouble. http://www.pluginday.org/event.php?eventid=74" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Anyone else form the So. FL area headed there?

    S vs. SV

I have an SL with all the options so I can give you a little insight on them. I'll cover the ones you mentioned first. 1. CarWings. Nothing special. If you have a smart phone PlugShare is better for finding charging station. The rest of CarWings is just a game for the most part. 2...

I've thought about that same trip. Also thought that the middle of either road would be great location for a charger. I would take 41, not only is it shorter but the average speed is lower especially given they are still doing construction on the road. You could start by topping off your...

    Just though I'd bring it up again. Did you get the P3227 software update from Nissan for 2011-2012 Leafs? http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=13273&hilit=June+software+update" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It is the P3227 software update from Nissan for 2011-2012 Leafs. I take it that you have a 2013 and in that case you already have the most resent software. For more info check out this forum link where some people have reported some positive results by having there car flashed...

Did you get the most recent software update for you LEAF from Nissan? Some are reporting that there range has been extended a couple of miles and the meter is a little more accurate. If you haven't got a letter about it you might want to contact your local Nissan service to see when you can get...

Might be, but every time I've been there the parking lot is packed so that might be a issue. Both the charge stations work well, and unlike the W-F in Miami Beach they put cones in the EV spots so that the ICE's don't use them (never been able to charge at Miami Beach and the management there...

Or maybe this since GM is willing to give you a $1000 if you switch to them http://insideevs.com/general-motors-now-offering-4000-or-more-off-chevrolet-volt-to-increase-sales/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; But then you are in a Volt.

My suggestion, stay away from Autonation, especially that one on 8th street. By the time you walk out of there you will be dreaming of the days you had it good with your old lease. Truth is that the lease you have is always going to be better then any deal you can do at this time so stay with it...

Do your research and do as much of the deal as you can over the internet. Read through the post in the "Buying / Leasing / Dealerships" section to get educated. Shop more then one dealer. And I think what is most important, decide the total that you want to spend on a new Leaf lease for the term...

Random details of my 2013 Leaf

I too notice the motor sounds different. Less of a high pitched whine in my opinion. A subtle improvement.
