Agreed. Since my wife quit driving, our '13 Volt has become the vehicle we use daily for errands (and my poor LEAF sits forlorn in the driveway). The most annoying thing in the world is on the rare occasion we exceed its 32 miles of range and the "generator" kicks in. Gah!

Just found the above video today! A great excuse to keep my LEAF and use the 24kWh pack. Well, provided I ever find a 62kWh pack at reasonable cost, that is! Otherwise, I'll end up removing the pack and parting out my LEAF! :?

Doing pretty well. Still have 11 bars, but I haven't hooked up LeafSpy for a long time, so don't know how close I am to it becoming 10. I suppose I could do that at some point soon, providing I can find my OBDII dongle.
