Mine worked out-of-the-shop with no issues first shot and it is a 2013 model -- see pages 36 & 40. It all depends on how experienced the technician is, after all.

In majority of the cases it appears to be a corporate\service issue, not a customers'\modem issues nor a dealers'\maintenance concern either. Give it time, but any which way you look at it, it's faulty execution!
