When i come to a stop the brakes engage. and then when I want to start driving there's like a second delay till they disengage. I noticed it doesn't happen in downhill. Should this happen only in an uphill situation ? It happens on flat roads. Thanks!

Seems almost random, I plug it in green comes on, but it's not charging, I initiate it with the app and it starts. Why doesn't it start automatically? sometimes it does pretty random. I don't have a charge time set. Thanks.
