I changed my original question from public chargers to chargers installed at your place of work. Chargers are being installed at my office but they will not be free. The company plans to charge $1/hour. Does this seem reasonable? -Matt

I just checked this morning and went from August 2011 to week of June 30th! Sweet! I was able to enable car wings and see a VIN number. -Matt

I just downloaded the application form and believe you are correct....only hybrids (yellow stickers) require FasTrak. For Electric, Liquid Petroleum Gas, and Natural Gas cars it's not required. -Matt
