I'm a soon to be leaf owner. Do people keep leafspy running all the time as a more accurate estimate/display of remaining miles? If so, would it be a problem to use this iphone app but at the same time be streaming music over LTE to bluetooth? How about if using the iphone as navigation at the...

Both these are from the same region as well (same as the original three in my post). So all that leaf spy does is give more granular information about the battery capacity of the 12/11 bars, but it could be "fooled" too if someone had reset it before putting the car on the lot for sale?

Newporttom, does davewill's calculations with the 50% higher energy usage at 75mph factor that in? Or are you suggesting the fact that your battery has degraded 3 bars will cause it to use more energy traveling at 75mph than a leaf with a new battery traveling at 75mph?

But in 2019, rather than pay $3000 for an old 2011 leaf and $6000 for a new battery for $9000 total, wouldn't buyers rather pay $9000 for a 4-year old 2015 leaf with lizard battery?
