I got the 2013 Leaf in Sept 2013 and got $7500.00 Fed tax credit and $2500.00 California Clean Vehicle rebate. I would like to know how long I have to keep the Leaf so I don't have to pay back the Tax credit and the California rebate?

If I charge my Leaf between 11:00PM to 7:00AM it only cost 10 Cents per KWH, Is there an existing EVSE Level 2 with set time for charging to start or there is a way to set automatic charge time say at 11:30PM?
