Hello All, if you pre-condition regularly (IE for commute) the LEAF (at least 2018 and on) has a Climate Timer control. Look at your manual from page 4-40 and on. The < and > and others here refer to the steering wheel left "D" pad.

This might be obvious, but you did try the Timer override switch beside the Charge Port switch in the dash? Could be a software issue and Timer usually "learns" when you are home (if you have nav, the car can GPS search where it is). And I second the question from hradek, is your outside...

Might be obvious, but you did Bluetooth pair the dongle with your phone before starting the app? And per other posts, it is recommended to start only in this order - 1) power the dongle in the port (it's always powered) 2) turn on your car, full drive mode (not acc) and 3) then start the app...

To add for gen2 Leaf. On the "mud guard" (the little body mould behind the front tire) you will find a down facing triangle. Look under the car at that point and see a body weld about 10-12 cm in, and hanging about 6mm. Then there will be 2 little notches in the weld. That is the lifting...
