I'm driving a 2008 Prius.
The cost of electricity in Montgomery County, Md is $0.16 per kWh
LEAF assumptions:
Range: 100 mile
Battery capacity: 24 kWh
Energy per mile including 10 % charging loss: 1.1*24000/100 = 264 Wh/mi
Prius gets 56 mpg
Cost to go 56 miles in LEAF...
Based on the fact that my reservation number contains the letters BDD and yours has a C, I suspect the reservation number is actually a hexadecimal number.

The battery capacity is 24 kWh. How many kWh will I have to use from the power company to fully charge an empty battery? In other words, what are the losses associated with the conversion from 220 VAC to the high voltage DC needed to charge the battery?
