Any vehicle sold in USA as of 1996 must be obdII compliant. So my new 95 is obdI which is fine for me since I know how to access the ECU.

Well it worked!!! No more locking doors when I hit 14 or whatever it was. My Wife and I are happy! I could not understand the owners manual method. I was using the left door black master switch, Not the interior colored. Thanks!!! :D I will have to think about the other option.

Thats awesome. I have tried 10 times to change via the unlock button. I get the hazards to flash once or twice each other time. But it does not work. I think I will just order the app and adapter.
