    I was miles out, it is actually 40 miles to Port Isaac from home: The round trip would be beyond the range of a Leaf 24kW but there are convenient rapid chargers inbetween:

    Portwhere? ;) Oh you mean Port Isaac, which is about 25 miles east of us 8-)

    We have just bought a 2015 Leaf 24kWh with 6.6kW charger, it is an Acenta which is the middle range trim, I know in the US for instance Nissan use different names for trim levels. Charging with the granny cable ATM but plan to get a 32A home charger installed ASAP. We live in the far South West...
