$5000 Customer Discount for Lease Buyout

Not passing all of the tax credit on? Those savings/rebates are from NMAC/NISSAN CORPORATE. The dealer CANNOT keep any of the rebates for themselves. It's just not possible. Lets not forget that the rebate Nissan gives when leasing is GREATER than the $7,500 federal tax incentive. Current models...

    Best Leaf Lease Deal?

THIS! Plus money factor and residuals tend to change month to month if not every couple of months. The 14 had a better lease program than that of 15 and 13...

    Is this a good price??

Not everyone is an INTERNET SHOPPER. We get over 1200 people a month who just walk in. MOST do not know what a "Market Adjustment" "MSRP" and "Invoice Price" is. As a salesman who makes commission off the overall gross of the vehicle, which would you rather start the negotiation off of? The...

    How do I get VPP

That is more of a dealer to dealer incentive...Nissan Corporate does not offer any discounts.

    2015 Nissan Leaf lease spreadsheet

I noticed that label as well. Down payment definitely affects the whole outcome of payment. Out of curiosity I noticed a $650 rebate you have labeled from Nissan. My Nissan access does not show this rebate. Are you sure it is not a Dealer rebate or possible lease loyalty rebate?

    2015 Lease Deals?

The deal I personally offered you is a GREAT deal. You just seem to not realize this. You are asking for a $176 payment w/ ZERO DOWN based off of a spread sheet you found on this forum. Nissan Leafs are the NUMBER ONE selling EV in the world for a reason. If you would have provided a working...

    2015 Lease Deals?

Nothing is ever "snuck in" when it comes to a contract. The finance manager goes over the WHOLE ENTIRE contract line by line. So at one point you agreed to that fee.

    2015 Lease Deals?

Leaf Price / Discount discussion thread

Cerritos Nissan is the #1 Nissan and LEAF dealer in all of ORANGE COUNTY. I know you are in Los Angeles, but we are not too far. Give me a call and I will make you a great deal. $300 a month is reasonable depending on which model you are interested in as well as credit score and history. I also...

    2015 Lease Deals?

Generally the BEST lease option is 36 months. Especially on the leaf as the Residual Value is much higher at 36 months. However, since the 2015 has come out, the Residual Value has dropped on a 36 month lease and has risen on a 24 month lease. NMAC (Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.) is in charge of...

In order to receive VPP pricing you MUST be employed by an eligible VPP company.

    2015 Nissan Leaf lease spreadsheet

This is definitely a great spread sheet. The thing that the general public fails to see is that the dealership DOES NOT CONTROL things such as RESIDUAL and MONEY FACTOR. That is set by NMAC (Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.). THAT changes month to month, car to car, and based on CREDIT (money...
