Mine has been doing this for weeks. :( Who/how do we contact Nissan about this?

Hi all, I successfully used to send to car for a location but now I cannot get that location to delete. Worse, I cannot send any other location since it continues to download the previous one. There seems to be no way to delete it. Carwings only allows me to "play it". Help please.
