Just curious if you ever figured out what was going on with your wipers. I also have a 2013 that I bought used. The wipers on my car have two parts - (1) a plastic, 3-piece shell, and (2) a rubber blade that is glued to a thin, solid, curved piece of steel (no holes or anything in the steel)...
