From the research I have done the only app available on the LEAF is Google Search and, having finally gotten it to work in my car, I found that even that is restricted to only travel related topics. It's pretty bad.

There is a forum thread of using Google Maps with the Nav system. It's not the same as having your phone's display though. Carwings is the old name for NissanConnect.
