Leaf says "No Files" when I use iPhone via USB

I recently deleted all my music on my iPhone in order to free up space. I still want to stream podcasts however. When I plug my iPhone 5S into the Leaf USB the screen says "No Files" and it won't let me go to the iPod menu in the car radio. No audio coming through speaker when I start the...

    Seat Heaters Cycling Off

From the MY15 Owner's Manual... "If the surface temperature of the steering wheel is below approximately 68°F (20°C), the system will heat the steering wheel and cycle off and on to maintain a temperature above 68°F (20°C)." There isn't a fix because this is how the system is designed. Also...

    2015 PreHeat Issue

I too have a MY15 Leaf S and I can confirm that the steering wheel heater operates in cycles. Also, FYI, the seat heaters cycle as well when set to HIGH.

    Heater Temperature in 2015 Leaf

Martin, If you are buying the Leaf, I would recommend bumping up to the SV. The Nav/touch screen, Carwings, Bluetooth audio, 6.6kw charger, hybrid heat are well worth it and are things you would probably want long term. I leased an S model simply because I wanted the cheapest payment and I...

    Heater Temperature in 2015 Leaf

I too have a 2015Leaf S and can confirm a noticeable difference in the heater performance while in ECO mode. I guess I'm cold natured but I am fine with just the seat heat and steering wheel heat unless the temp is in the 30s or below. 40s and above the air is off for me. edit: I love love love...

Plug-in options for a 65-year-old (Camry size or bigger)

+1 on the Prius Plug In (PiP). I would steer clear of the Fords. Ford forums are blowing up about how the hybrids don't deliver on real world mpg. This has caused Ford to backtrack and change all the hybrid mpg ratings. Check out Priuschat. Nothing by good things to say about PiP. Many are...
