The EV services haven't worked to my 2011 in the last few days. My first hint was not receiving my daily morning "charging stopped" text and email notifications. Second hint has been the last two days of inability to check battery status or start charging from neither the phone app nor...
It took my local Nissan dealer a week to get the new battery installed (their first replacement, so "I want to let my master tech take his time on it"), and I'm very happy with it. Seeing the GOM showing >100 miles caused a verbal "woohoo!", that luckily no one heard because it was after hours...
Just dropped my 4th bar last week, at roughly 45,150 miles. Dropped the car off at Nissan today to request the battery replacement under warranty, specifically mentioning the class action lawsuit settlement letter I'd received stating that Nissan would be replacing the bad battery with a new...
So far so good... service manager said they submitted all the paperwork for the replacement, and that a battery pack ("that's the 2015 pack?" "yes, the updated battery") is ordered... but with a 3 to 6 week ETA.

If you're wanting to discuss the charging infrastructure around Nashville itself, I can't help, but if you're looking for a LEAF owner in general somewhere near Nashville, I'm about three hours south, below Huntsville.
I've had that happen once previously, about three weeks ago, after having trouble for about two weeks of not receiving notifications at all. It seemed like all the notifications I'd missed over that time period had been queued up, and finally all came through.
Take a look at the dates involved...
It would indeed be outstanding to have charging options in northeast Alabama that can give those of us outside Huntsville a way to reach the Tennessee infrastructure that's already in place along the Nash-Chatta-Knox triangle.
